高强钢板的双相钢在汽车行业已得到广泛应用。首先探讨了温度与各向异性的关系,并建立了相应的方程。对不同温度下的双相钢进行了凸耳实验和拉深实验,研究了不同温度下的两种实验的凸耳率和相同温度下的极限拉深比。实验表明,两种突耳值变化规律相同;相对于拉深实验,凸耳实验的凸耳率变化明显,且高温能够减小凸耳现象;600℃时两种实验的极限拉深比几乎相同,凸耳拉深比略小于拉深实验拉深比。
High-strength steel dual-phase steel in the automotive industry has been widely used. Firstly, the relationship between temperature and anisotropy is discussed and corresponding equations are established. Lugs experiments and drawing experiments were carried out on dual-phase steels at different temperatures. The lug ratios of two experiments at different temperatures and the ultimate draw ratio at the same temperature were studied. Experiments show that the two kinds of lugs have the same variation rule. Compared with the deep drawing experiment, the lug rate of the lugs experiment changes obviously, and the high temperature can reduce the lug phenomenon. The ultimate drawing ratio of the two experiments is almost the same at 600 ℃ , The drawing ratio of the lugs is slightly less than that of the deep drawing experiment.
