纤维连接蛋白能与成纤维细胞和巨噬细胞结合,并与其他结缔组织成分如胶原蛋白、透明质酸酶及纤维蛋白相互作用。这些生化活性在慢性炎症和Crohn 病(CD)等疾病中的纤维变性发生是重要的。手术对CD患者的血浆纤维连接蛋白浓度的影响迄今尚未报道。本文就三方面进行研究:(1)纤维连接蛋白活性与疾病的范围和严重性之间的关系;(2)手术对纤维连接蛋白活性的影响;(3)血浆纤维连接蛋白与肠狭窄或术后感染之间的关系。方法:1.CD患者血浆纤维连接蛋白的浓度:对55例CD 患者、7例溃疡性结肠炎和20名健康对照者在相同时间采集新鲜血标本,离心后用放射免疫扩散法测定
Fibronectin binds to fibroblasts and macrophages and interacts with other connective tissue components such as collagen, hyaluronidase and fibrin. The impact of surgery on plasma fibronectin concentrations in CD patients has not been reported so far.
