三农发展,农民素质提升是关键。农民学院的建立与发展,扩大了农民教育培训的受益面,加快了农民就业转移,提高了农民收入,促进了新农村建设深入开展和农村社会经济的可持续发展,推动农村高素质人才的培养。本文以浙江湖州为例,对农民学院的办学模式进行重点研究,并对进一步提升农民学院的办学成效的途径进行了思考。 Three rural development, enhance the quality of farmers is the key. Taking Huzhou in Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper focuses on the mode of running a peasant college and ponders over the ways to further enhance the peasant college ’s running effectiveness.
