分别对消化性溃疡患者治疗前、经中药胃溃灵冲剂或西药雷尼替丁治疗后进行胃液、血清中微量元素测定，结果表明，消化性溃疡患者胃液铜、锌、钠、镁、含量低于正常人，两者比较Ｐ＜０．０５～０．０１；血清铜、锌含量明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１）；胃溃灵能提高胃液锌含量，而雷尼替丁对其无明显影响；胃溃灵能提高血清锌含量，但对铜、铁无明显影响，雷尼替丁则对血清铜、锌、铁均无影响。
