红葡萄酒成分复杂,含有糖类,醇类,有机酸,酚类,维生素,无机盐等物质,对铅和镉的测定存在干扰。样品的前处理,如湿法和干法消化会造成铅和镉的污染或损失。该文采用直接进样石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定,使用钯-硝酸镁为基体改进剂,将石墨炉的干燥及灰化过程均分成两步,去除背景和基体的干扰,提高灵敏度,以达到快速、准确检测红葡萄酒中铅和镉的目的。
