现代医院人本管理初探

随着时代的发展,人力资源已经逐渐成为经济发展和社会进步的第一资源,加强人力资源管理的建设日益成为各级组织的首要任务。现代医院的发展离不开人才,医院的生存与发展、经济效益、社会形象与医院所拥有的人才数量、质量、对人才的利用程度息息相关。只有在管理中重视人才的价值,激发人才的能动性与创造性,充分发挥他们的才能与技术,才能使医院在激烈的医疗市场竞争中立于不败之地。因此,现代医院管理的根本在于“以人为本”。而医院管理者如何做到“以人为本”从而保证从业者的质量、防止人才的流失,更好地为广大百姓们服务已经成为医院管理工作中一项重要课题。 With the development of the times, human resources have gradually become the first resource for economic development and social progress. Strengthening the construction of human resources management has become the primary task of organizations at all levels. The development of modern hospitals is inseparable from the talents. The survival and development of the hospitals, economic benefits, and social image are closely related to the quantity, quality, and utilization of talents. Only by attaching importance to the value of talents in management, inspiring the initiative and creativity of talents, and giving full play to their talents and skills, can hospitals remain invincible in the fierce competition in the medical market. Therefore, the essence of modern hospital management is “people-oriented.” How hospital managers manage to “put people first” to ensure the quality of practitioners, prevent loss of talents, and better serve the general public have become an important issue in hospital management.
