分析了浙江省1103份水稻品种的加工品质、蒸煮食味品质和营养品质。结果表明,不同类型的浙江籼、粳、糯稻,各品质性状变异丰富,达标率高低各异;发现了一批品质性状优异的种质。讨论了各品质性状的相关及其在育种和品质鉴定上的利用。
The processing quality, cooking, eating quality and nutritional quality of 1103 rice varieties in Zhejiang Province were analyzed. The results showed that different types of indica, japonica and glutinous rice in Zhejiang Province were rich in variation in quality traits and different in compliance rates. A number of germplasms with excellent quality traits were found. The correlations of the quality traits and their use in breeding and character identification were discussed.
