利用太空特殊环境对植物的诱变作用,选择4个紫花苜蓿品种(德福、德宝、阿尔冈金、三得利)进行航天搭载太空诱变,以回归地面种植的第一代(SP1)为研究对象,通过田间表型性状变异研究,初步确定了6类变异类型;通过变异集团分类及单株优选,优选出6类变异集团57株变异单株(速生单株17株、分枝强单株11株、大叶单株4株、多叶单株6株、叶色变浓单株5株、抗逆单株14株),为紫花苜蓿新品种的选育提供形态学依据和种质材料。
Based on the mutagenic effects of space special environment on plants, four alfalfa varieties (Telford, Debao, Algonquin and Suntory) were selected for aerospace space mutagenesis, and the first generation (SP1) According to the variation of phenotypic traits in the field, six types of variation were initially identified.
