高职院校通过人才引进和培养等多种措施,促进师资实力不断增强,但是在人才引进机制建设等方面,仍存在着一些问题,主要表现为“岗位魅力”不足、现行人才引进政策与需求不匹配、内部管理体制不完善等三个方面。本文针对上述问题进行深入分析,提出强化人才政策扶持、推进管理体制改革,完善内部管理制度等对策,努力建立一个吸引人才、留住人才和培养人才的良性人才引进机制。
Vocational colleges promote the improvement of teachers’ ability through various measures such as the introduction and cultivation of qualified personnel, but there are still some problems in the construction of talent introduction mechanism, which are mainly manifested in the lack of “job attractiveness”, the current policy of introduction of talents And demand does not match the internal management system is not perfect and other three aspects. Based on the above analysis, this paper puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the policy support of personnel, promoting the reform of the management system and improving the internal management system, and tries hard to establish a mechanism for the introduction of the virtuous talent to attract, retain and train qualified personnel.
