我国的高速公路隧道里程增长十分迅速,而长期以来一直采用的传统滚刷式隧道清洗车却存在效率低下、污染环境等缺点,根据这种现状,在大量试验的基础上,设计一种新型高压水隧道清洗车,对它的主要组成部分,包括水系统、动力系统、液压系统、电控系统等的工作原理、结构特点进行简单介绍。该车采用柴油发电机组作为动力源,简化了传动结构,增加了系统的可靠性;设计一种折叠式喷架,大大提高清洗效率;液压系统控制液压缸伸缩机构,增加喷架运动控制的方便性和灵活性;基于单片机控制的超声波测距系统的设计,可在清洗过程中随时准确地监测和调整喷架与隧道墙壁之间的距离。
