为了获取巨型压机C型机架的尺寸系数,基于TCD(The Critical Distance)理论给出了缺口试样尺寸系数的有限元计算方法。首先,利用精确的有限元分析结果,获取缺口周围的应力场模型,结合材料的疲劳性能参数得出缺口试样尺寸系数;其次,运用该方法计算一系列比例放大后的缺口试样尺寸系数,同时制作出相应的几何试样并进行试验测试其尺寸系数,通过公式计算值与试验测试值的比较证实该方法的有效性。最后,根据疲劳模拟实验原理建立C型机架模拟缩比模型,利用缺口试样尺寸系数计算方法得到压机机架的尺寸系数。该方法为大型结构件的尺寸系数计算提供参考依据。
In order to obtain the size factor of giant press C-frame, the finite element method of size factor of notched specimen is given based on The Critical Distance (TCD) theory. Firstly, the stress field model around the notches was obtained by using the accurate FEA results, and the size factor of the notched specimens was obtained according to the fatigue performance parameters of the material. Secondly, a series of scale factor of the notched specimens were calculated by this method. At the same time, a corresponding geometric sample was made and tested to test its size coefficient. The comparison between the calculated value of the formula and the test value proves the validity of the method. Finally, according to the theory of fatigue simulation, a C-frame model was established, and the size factor of the press frame was obtained by calculating the size factor of the notched specimen. The method provides a reference for the calculation of the size factor of large structural parts.
