反流性食管炎( RE)是临床常见的食管黏膜炎性病变,其与食管下括约肌功能失调,胃液或混合肠液反流刺激等原因密切相关。但至今RE的机制尚不明确,其发生可能由免疫因子介导,与氧化应激、化学损伤有关;其发展可能由Wnt/β联蛋白、磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/丝-苏氨酸蛋白激酶、细胞外调节蛋白激酶等信号通路调控。 RE的发病机制研究,为RE 模型评价、新药筛选以及临床治疗提供实践参考和理论依据。“,”Reflux esophagitis ( RE ) is a common clinical esophageal mucosal inflammatory lesions , closely related to functional disorder of lower esophageal sphincter and gastrointestinal reflux liquid stimula-tion.However, the mechanism of RE is not clear, which occurrence may be mediated by the immune factor and related to oxidative stress, chemical damage.Its development is possibly regulated by Wnt/β-catenin, PI3K/Akt,ERK1/2 signaling pathway.Studies on the pathogenesis of RE make sense to provide practical reference and theoreticalbasis for evaluation, new drug screening and clinical treatment.
