目的探讨垂体后叶素对门脉高压性胃病(PHG)大鼠胃粘膜血流量(GMBF)和血浆胰高糖素的影响。方法部分结扎大鼠门脉主干2wk后,采用激光多普勒血流计(LDF)测定大鼠 GMBF,观察了垂体后叶素输注前和输注后 30min GMBF,门脉压力(PVP)的变化;测定了输注垂体后叶素 30min后血浆胰高糖素的含量。结果输注垂体后叶素 10min PHG大鼠的 GMBF开始降低(P< 0.05), 15min显著降低( P< 0.01);输注垂体后叶素 30min后显著降低 PHG大鼠PVP(P<0.05),而血浆胰高糖素无明显变化( P>0.05)。结论垂体后叶素能有效降低PHG大鼠GMBF,而对血浆胰高糖素无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of pituitrin on gastric mucosal blood flow (GMBF) and plasma glucagon in portal hypertensive gastropathy (PHG) rats. Methods After partial ligation of the portal vein of rats for 2 weeks, the GMBF in rats was measured by laser Doppler flowmetry (LDF). The changes of GMBF, portal pressure (PVP) before and after vasopressin infusion Changes in the determination of plasma pituitrin infusion after 30min glucagon content. Results After infusion of pituitrin for 10 min, the GMBF in PHG rats began to decrease (P <0.05) and decreased significantly in 15 min (P <0.01) <0.05), but there was no significant change in plasma glucagon (P> 0.05). Conclusion Pituitrin can effectively reduce GMBF in PHG rats, but has no obvious effect on plasma glucagon.
