由于超低渗致密油藏的特殊物性,在压裂改造过程中,往往容易出现超压,继而引发井筒变形、砂堵、井下钻具脱落等一系列的井下事故;压裂施工的操作不当容易降低工具寿命,降低了单趟工具施工效率;超压也极易使目的层段改造失败,水平井的改造效率下降,造成投资成本增加,给国家经济带来损失。本文着重从施工过程探讨超低渗致密油压裂的现场处理技巧,保护压裂钻具,提高使用效率,最大程度改造好水平井。
