本文从攻防理论的视域,分析了20世纪50年代以来外空攻防对比的历史演变过程,提出冷战结束后,外空权力结构严重失衡。美国为了追求所谓的绝对安全,加快外空武器化的步伐,外空攻防对比出现进攻占优的态势,外空威胁日益加剧。对此,国际社会理应共同努力,转变外空攻防对比态势,促进外空安全的优化转向。 From the perspective of offensive and defensive theories, this paper analyzes the historical evolution of the offensive and defensive comparison of outer space since the 1950s, and proposes that after the end of the Cold War, the structure of outer space powers has been seriously unbalanced. In order to pursue the so-called absolute security and speed up the pace of the weaponization of outer space, the United States has made a comparatively superior offensive attack and offensive situation and the threat from outer space is aggravating day by day. In this regard, the international community should work together to change the balance of attack and defense in outer space and promote the optimization and steering of the security in outer space.
