目的检测NFκB在白血病细胞株中的激活状态。方法提取15种白血病细胞株的细胞核蛋白,与γ-32P标记NFκB寡核苷酸共浴后垂直电泳,4~8h后放射自显影。结果NFκB在15种白血病细胞株中均处于激活状态。结论NFκB的激活可能与白血病的发病机制有关。
Objective To detect the activation of NFκB in leukemia cell lines. Methods The nuclear proteins of 15 leukemia cell lines were extracted and co-incubated with γ-32P-labeled NFκB oligonucleotides. The cells were electrophoresed 4 to 8 hours later. Results NFκB was activated in all 15 leukemia cell lines. Conclusion NFκB activation may be related to the pathogenesis of leukemia.
