目的:优选出“黄芝精”颗粒的最佳制剂工艺。方法:采用单因素实验及正交实验对辅料种类、用量、润湿剂的浓度及用量进行考查,以颗粒的成型性、吸湿性、流动性及溶化时间为评价指标,采用综合评分法,筛选出制备“黄芝精”颗粒的最优辅料。结果:“黄芝精”颗粒制剂最佳辅料为糊精,其用量为干浸膏粉:糊精为1∶1,润湿剂为70%的乙醇,其用量为总固体量1/6。结论:优选出的成型工艺合理可行,所得颗粒质量较好,符合要求。
Objective: To optimize the preparation process of “Huang Zhi Jing ” granules. Methods: The single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment were used to test the kinds and dosage of excipients, the concentration and dosage of wetting agent. The comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the formability, hygroscopicity, fluidity and melting time of the granules. Preparation of the “yellow Zhi Jing ” particles of the best accessories. Results: The optimum excipient of Huangzhi Jing Granules was dextrin, its dosage was dry extract powder: dextrin was 1: 1, wetting agent was 70% ethanol, the total amount of solid was 1 / 6. Conclusion: The optimized forming process is reasonable and feasible, and the obtained pellets have better quality and meet the requirements.
