本实验探讨了小鼠CD3AK介导的MHC非限制性杀瘤作用途径。CD3AK可在体外杀伤小鼠肝癌细胞HCa-F和成纤维瘤细胞L929,但其培养上清无杀瘤活性,多聚甲醛固定能明显降低CD3AK对Hca-F的杀瘤活性,但对L929的杀瘤活性影响不大,结果表明CD3AK的杀瘤机制主要是直接杀伤,膜TNF参与TNF敏感肿瘤细胞的杀伤
This experiment explored the murine CD3AK mediated MHC non-limiting tumoricidal pathways. CD3AK can kill HCa-F and fibroblast L929 cells in vitro, but its culture supernatant has no cytotoxicity. Paraformaldehyde fixation can significantly reduce the cytotoxic activity of CD3AK against Hca-F, The effect of killing tumor activity was not significant. The results showed that the killing mechanism of CD3AK was mainly direct killing, and the membrane TNF involved in the killing of TNF-sensitive tumor cells
