成都市预算会计研究会于4月11日在成都召开了第三届一次常务理事扩大会。会上传达了全国预算会计研究会1996年工作概况和1997年工作安排精神，讨论了我会1997年《关于开展加强基层预算会计工作科研活动通知》，以及科研课题分工。审议通过了增补理事1人。我会常务副会长秦光福同志作了总结，要求搞好调查研究，提高科研水平，加强片区(小组)活动，重视刊物资料发送等工作。 Chengdu Institute of Budget Accounting on April 11 held in Chengdu, the third meeting of an enlarged meeting of executive director. At the meeting, I communicated the work profile of the National Institute of Budget Accounting in 1996 and the spirit of work arrangement in 1997. I discussed the Notice on Carrying out Scientific Activities on Strengthening Basic Budget Accounting in 1997 and the division of research topics. One additional person was considered and approved. I will make a summary of Comrade Qin Guangfu, executive vice president, and asked to do a good job of investigation and research, raise the level of scientific research, strengthen the activities of the district (group) and give priority to the sending of publications and other materials.
