松土器是悬挂在推土机后面的工作装置,它主要用于工程施工或矿山开采中耙裂岩层或坚硬的路面。分析SD8型推土机在试制期间出现松土器不能正常动作的故障,在寻找故障产生的原因时,首先通过对该机工作装置液压系统的分析和排查,初步判断出导致松土器不能正常动作的部位。接着进一步对判断出的问题点进行拆检并对可能产生故障的元件进行测量和分析,明确了导致故障出现的元件,即工作装置阀组中选择阀杆的节流孔偏大,节流作用不明显,致使压力低,阀杆不能正常动作,从而影响后面元件的动作,证实了前面的判断。最后针对找出的问题进行了改进,取得了理想效果。
