目的:检测不同敏感品系(S)蚊虫和室内选育的抗性品系淡色库蚊体内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)活性。方法:微滴定板法。结果:4种S品系蚊虫中,以中华按蚊体内AchE水平最高;3种抗性品系蚊虫中,抗残杀威品系(Rp)的AchE活性>抗氯氰菊酯品系(Rc)>抗DDVP品系(Rd),且后者与S品系差异无显著性。蚊虫体内AchE活性随发育而逐步增高。以不同浓度残杀威作抑制剂,测定室内不同品系淡色库蚊个体的AchE活性,表明蚊虫AchE活性的抑制率随抑制浓度的提高而增加,呈正比关系;在0.01mmol/L浓度残杀威的抑制下,AchE的抑制率S品系>Rc品系>Rd品系>Rp品系。结论:3种抗性品系的AchE的敏感性均低于S品系。
Objective: To detect the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) in Culex pipiens pallens (Culex pipiens pallens) from different susceptible strains (S) mosquitoes and indoors. Methods: microtiter plate method. Results: Among the four S mosquitoes, the AchE level of Anopheles sinensis was the highest. Among the three mosquitoes, the AchE activity of the resistant racemic line (Rp)> resistant to cypermethrin (Rc)> anti-DDVP (Rd) , And there was no significant difference between the latter and S strain. The AchE activity of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus in different indoor strains was determined by using different concentration of propamocarb to kill Wechsler, indicating that the inhibition rate of AchE activity of mosquito was increased with the increase of inhibitory concentration, Inhibition, AchE inhibition rate S line> Rc line> Rd line> Rp line. Conclusion: The AchE sensitivity of the three resistant strains is lower than that of the S strain.
