目的:建立复方颠茄合剂中樟脑的含量测定的气相色谱法方法。方法:采用Agilent DB-WAX毛细管柱,柱温100℃;检测器为FID,载气为氮气(99.99%),流速3.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:樟脑在0.18~0.92 mg·ml~(-1)浓度范围内进样量和樟脑峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 0);樟脑的平均回收率为97.89%(RSD=2.13%)。结论:该法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of camphor content in Compound Belladonna Mixture. Methods: The Agilent DB-WAX capillary column was used. The column temperature was 100 ℃. The detector was FID. The carrier gas was nitrogen (99.99%) and the flow rate was 3.0 ml · min -1. Results: The calibration curve of camphor was linear with the peak area of camphor (r = 0.999 0) in the range of 0.18-0.92 mg · ml -1. The average recovery of camphor was 97.89% (RSD = 2.13% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
