钻孔布置参数的确定是大直径钻孔卸压防治冲击地压的关键之一。通过岩石力学试验、理论分析、现场实测等方法研究了工作面冲击危险区的卸压指标,提出了能量耗散指数的概念,推导出能量耗散指数与冲击能量指数之间的转换公式,得到以下结论:验证了能量耗散与冲击能量指数之间具有较好的相关性,可以将其作为煤层卸压后残余冲击危险性的评价指标;提出了工作面冲击危险区“分区分级”的防治理念,并以煤层有效卸压应变率分别为1.5‰、1.0‰、0.8‰作为新巨龙矿井高度、中度和一般冲击危险区的卸压标准;推导出了基于能量耗散指数的防冲钻孔参数定量计算方法,并在新巨龙矿井2302S工作面进行应用,取得了良好效果。研究结果对冲击地压防治具有参考意义。
The determination of drilling layout parameters is one of the keys to prevent and control rock burst by large-diameter borehole pressure relief. Through the rock mechanics test, theoretical analysis and field measurement, the pressure relief indexes in the impact area of the working face are studied. The concept of the energy dissipation index is put forward, and the conversion formula between the energy dissipation index and the impact energy index is derived. The following conclusions: The correlation between energy dissipation and impact energy index is validated, which can be used as an evaluation indicator of the residual impact hazard after coal seam pressure relief. The paper puts forward the concept of “impact zone” , And the effective pressure relief rate of coal seam is 1.5 ‰, 1.0 ‰ and 0.8 ‰, respectively, as the pressure relief standards for the height, moderate and general impact danger zones of the Xinlonglong Mine.
