为了提高飞机热气除冰系统的性能,介绍了飞机微引射热气除冰腔的工作原理,应用FLUENT软件对7种不同结构的微引射热气除冰腔的引射性能进行了数值模拟。根据数值计算结果选出了合理的微引射系统结构,并对其工作性能进行了试验研究。数值模拟结果表明,在其他结构参数不变时,微引射系统中主射流孔间距和混合室长径比存在最佳值。将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比,两者吻合良好,表明数值模拟方法可以用来对微引射热气除冰腔进行结构优化设计。
In order to improve the performance of the aircraft deaeration system, the working principle of the aircraft micro detonating hot gas deicing chamber is introduced. The emissivity of seven micro detonating hot gas deicing chambers with different structures is numerically simulated with FLUENT software. According to the result of numerical calculation, a reasonable micro-injection system structure is selected, and its working performance is tested. The results of numerical simulation show that there is the best value for the distance between the main jet holes and the aspect ratio of the mixing chamber when the other structural parameters are invariable. Comparing the numerical simulation results with the experimental results, the two agree well with each other, which shows that the numerical simulation method can be used to optimize the structure of micro-injection hot gas deicing chamber.
