采用摩擦压砖机压坯对質量、功效、成本就目前来說是比較好的一种机械。但目前一般使用的摩擦压砖机由于非专业用設备,因此,在结构上存在着不合实用的缺点,如二柱距离太近,操作不便,影响产量。我厂结合实际使用情况自行設計一种专业用的100吨摩擦压砖机。使用情况良好。目前,班产能力(8小时)已达到4800块(普通型砖),比一般压砖机水平提高60％以上。今后如改为一模二砖生产,估計可进一步提高。現将机械结构及生产性能簡介如下。
