研究了不同光强对烤烟气孔导度(Gs)、光合速率(Pn)、胞间 CO2浓度(Ci)及叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)的影响。结果表明:随着光合有效辐射的提高,烤烟气孔导度、净光合速率和蒸腾速率均增加,而胞间CO2浓度则下降,品种间变化趋势相似。
The effects of light intensities on stomatal conductance (Gs), photosynthetic rate (Pn), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci) and leaf transpiration rate (Tr) of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the stomatal conductance, net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increase of photosynthetically active radiation while the intercellular CO2 concentration decreased while the trend of variation among varieties was similar.
