数控加工中心的自动换刀(ATC)机构因其机械结构和电路电器复杂、动作频繁,在使用过程中频繁发生换刀故障。换刀故障直接影响到加工中心的使用性能和生产效率。为了充分发挥立式加工中心的优势,从实用角度介绍了立式加工中心换刀机构的换刀故障处理方法。
The automatic ATC (ATC) mechanism of NC machining center has frequent tool change faults during use because of its complicated mechanical structure and electrical circuits. Tool change directly affect the performance of the machining center and production efficiency. In order to give full play to the advantages of vertical machining center, from a practical point of view of vertical machining center tool change mechanism for tool change troubleshooting.
