目的探讨不同剂量氟对大鼠心脏的毒性作用。方法给5组(每组8只)Wistar大鼠饲喂正常饲料,分别饮用含不同浓度氟化钠(0,25,50,100,150mg/L)的蒸馏水,复制慢性氟中毒大鼠动物模型;饲喂大鼠6个月时描记心电图,观察慢性氟中毒时大鼠心电图表现及氟的影响;光镜、电镜下观察心肌形态学改变。结果染氟组心电图Q-T间期缩短;光镜下心肌组织形态学显示,心肌细胞横纹模糊,心肌纤维溶解、凝固;电镜下可见线粒体肿胀变形并有结构的改变。结论高氟能引起心肌细胞损伤,导致心肌结构和心电图改变。
Objective To investigate the toxic effects of different doses of fluoride on rat heart. Methods Wistar rats were fed with normal diet and distilled water containing different concentrations of sodium fluoride (0, 25, 50, 100, 150 mg / L) was given to 5 groups of rats (8 rats in each group) Electrocardiogram was recorded at 6 months in rats, and the electrocardiogram and fluorine in rats with chronic fluorosis were observed. Morphological changes of myocardium were observed under light microscope and electron microscope. Results The Q-T interval of electrocardiogram was shortened in fluorinated group. Myocardial histomorphology showed that the cardiomyocytes were obscured in transverse stripes and myocardial fibers were dissolved and coagulated. The morphological changes of mitochondria were observed under electron microscope. Conclusion High fluoride can cause myocardial cell injury, resulting in changes in myocardial structure and ECG.
