本文分析了影响单体解离度测定精度的因素,提出提高精度的意见。重点对平截面测定引起的误差进行数学分析,提出校正系数。通过对简化了的比邻嵌布的等轴粒状连生矿成的几何分析得出:有用矿物占1/2、l/4、3/4的连生矿粒,在平截面中显示连生体的概率分别为:0.67.0.65、0.65;显示有用矿物单体的概率分别为:0.165、0.10、0.25;显示脉石单体的概率分别为:0.165、0.25、0.10。对于这三种连生矿粒在平截面中显示连生体的部分而言,其显示1/2连生体的概率分别为0.50、0.25、0.25;显示1/4连生体的概率分别为:0.25、0.59、0.16;显示3/4连生体的概率分别为0.25、0.16、0.59。模拟试验的结果与理论分析值有较好的一致性。根据上述数据,文章提出对平面测定结果的立体校正的具体方法,使平面测定结果经校正后更接近立体真实情况。作者认为,应用数理统计知识可对单体解离度测定结果进行可靠性分析,并对误差进行推断。作者通过对某矿样取大子样,用K-S检验证明,混匀矿样的单体解离度测定数据符合正态分布,因而可应用学生氏t分布分析测定结果的可靠性井推断误差大小。方法十分简便。以大于样的标准偏差代替总体的标准偏差,可计算出测定颗粒数的多少与误差大小的对应关系。从而可根据误差要求,确定需测颗粒数。
This article analyzes the factors that affect the determination accuracy of the monomer dissociation and puts forward the suggestion of improving the accuracy. The probabilities of showing 1/4 intones were 0.25, 0.59, 0.16; the probability of displaying 3/4 of the organism is 0.25, 0.16, 0.59 respectively. The results of simulation experiments are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. Based on the above data, the article proposes a specific method of stereo correction of the planar measurement result, so that the planar measurement result is corrected to be closer to the stereo real condition. The author believes that the application of mathematical statistics can be used to measure the reliability of the results of monomer dissociation, and to infer the error. By taking a large sample of a certain ore sample, the author proves with KS test that the data of the single dissociation of the mixed ore sample are in accordance with the normal distribution, therefore, the reliability of the determination result of the student’s t distribution can be applied to estimate the error size . The method is very simple. The standard deviation greater than the sample instead of the overall standard deviation, can calculate the number of particles and the size of the corresponding error. Which can be based on error requirements, to determine the number of particles to be measured.
