1.常用弹簧材料有:碳素弹簧钢,合金弹簧钢。碳素弹簧钢价格便宜,应用最广。但因“淬透性”差,弹簧较粗(或较厚)时,心部材料便达不到热处理需要的性能,只能制作钢丝直径较小(2~8毫米)的弹簧。有65、70、75、85等优质碳素钢。合金弹簧钢淬透性好,能制作大弹,且能适应变载及冲击。常用的有65Mn、55Si2Mn、60Si2Mn、50CrVA等。此外,在需防蚀时,可采用不锈钢。在需防磁、导电时,可分别采用某些有色金属,如硅锰青铜、锡锌青铜、铍青铜等。 2.通常弹簧钢丝直径在8毫来以上的用热卷法;钢丝直径在8毫来以下的可用冷卷法。
