在安全管理中,“苛刻管理”和“用心说服”是抓好安全工作的重要手段和方法,我们应当坚持并合理运用。然而,在实际工作中,有一些人认为“苛刻管理”就是多骂人、多罚款,让人人自危、个个害怕;“用心说服”就是说说就行,睁一只眼、闭一只眼,讲讲道理就行了,只求相安无事,甚至在事故发生后,将大事化小、小事化了。这些认识和做法都是片面、错误的。
In safety management, “harsh management” and “persuasion” are important means and methods of doing a good job of security work. We should uphold and use it rationally.
