目的探讨化妆品集散市场现状与监管对策。方法就北京市东城区化妆品集散市场240家商户中的120家进行问卷调查。结果与结论化妆品集散市场存在“三低一高”的特点,应尽快构建责任体系,多部门联动对其进行监管。
Objective To explore the status quo of cosmetics distribution market and regulatory measures. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 120 of 240 merchants in the cosmetics distribution market in Dongcheng District, Beijing. Results and Conclusion The cosmetics market has the characteristics of “three low and one high”. The responsibility system should be established as soon as possible and multi-departmental linkage should regulate it.
