考察了可用于3-羟基丙醛加氢的固定床催化剂,对加氢反应的压力、温度、反应体系中各组分的变化和催化剂活性稳定性等进行了研究。在一段加氢温度为30～50℃、二段加氢温度为110～130℃左右、氢气压力为6MPa、3-羟基丙醛浓度为10％～15％的条件下,催化剂的选择性达到99％以上,3-羟基丙醛加氢转化率可达到100％。在此基础上又重新研制了一种新型的催化剂,初步评价其活性提高。 The fixed bed catalysts which can be used for the hydrogenation of 3-hydroxypropionaldehyde were investigated. The pressure and temperature of the hydrogenation reaction, the changes of the components in the reaction system and the stability of the catalyst activity were investigated. Under the conditions of a hydrogenation temperature of 30-50 ℃, a second stage hydrogenation temperature of 110-130 ℃, a hydrogen pressure of 6 MPa and a 3-hydroxypropanal concentration of 10-15%, the selectivity of the catalyst reached 99 %, 3-hydroxypropanal hydroconversion can reach 100%. On this basis, a new type of catalyst has been re-developed, and its activity is initially evaluated.
