患儿男,5岁。因间歇性冬季酱油色尿4年,加重1d 入院。患儿4年来每年冬季均在明显受冷后出现酱油色尿,持续1～3d,有时伴发热,腰背部不适,巩膜及面部黄疸。患儿生后18d 黄疸不退,伴发热,原因不明。8个月时曾患百日咳。查体见一般情况差,皮肤巩膜黄染,心肺未见异常,肝肋 Children male, 5 years old.
