运用系统安全工程理论全盘筹划并组织开展隧道通风防尘,是一次尝试,实践证明是可行而有效的。本文总结了大秦线隧道施工通风防尘及监测工作实践经验,较为详细地介绍了隧道防尘目标管理、通风方案设计范例、建立监测信息反馈制度以及开展科研活动等具体作法。通风防尘,是隧道施工工艺中不可缺少的组成部分。进入八十年代以来,随着铁路建设事业的发展,隧道施工通风防尘变得更加艰巨和复杂了。怎样有效地将粉尘和有害气体排出峒外或加以稀释冲淡,以保护工人健康,保证施工顺利进行,就成了一个需要进一步研究解决的重要课题。为了探求这个问题的解决途径,我们在大秦线施工通风中,从管理、技术、监测等方面进行了综合研究试验,收到了较好效果。
It is an attempt to plan and organize tunnel ventilation and dust prevention systematically by using system safety engineering theory. Practice has proved to be feasible and effective. This article summarizes the practical experience of ventilation, dust prevention and monitoring in the tunnel construction of Da-Qin line, and introduces in detail the target management of tunnel dust prevention, the design of ventilation schemes, the establishment of monitoring information feedback system and the conduct of scientific research activities. Ventilation and dust prevention are indispensable components of the tunnel construction process. Since the 1980s, with the development of railway construction, ventilation and dust prevention in tunnel construction have become more difficult and complicated. How to effectively remove the dust and harmful gases or dilute them in order to protect the health of workers and ensure the smooth construction of the project has become an important topic that needs to be further studied and solved. In order to find a solution to this problem, we carried out a comprehensive study on management, technology and monitoring in the ventilation of the Da-Qin Line and received good results.
