At the Engineering Research Center, a thin-line continuous hydrostatic extrusion prototype has been designed. The design uses the parameters derived from the experimental studies described in the first part of this article. The body of the machine (Figure 1) is about 4064 mm long, 3202 mm wide and 2032 mm high. The main part of the machine is tensioned by the tensioning rod, the tension rod is pulled by the end tube seat and a plurality of middle cylinder seat, to bear the prestressing force. These hubs face the mold base at the intersection of the three axes and form a horizontal transversal T-shape. On the feed side of the wire, a feed cylinder is arranged toward the die holder and projects about 3253 mm from the center line of the die holder. In the center of the plane perpendicular to the feed tube, two pairs of oppositely placed increases
