高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)广泛存在于体内各种细胞中,作为结合DNA的非组蛋白,在组织损伤或免疫细胞受到病原体刺激后分泌至细胞外,发挥促炎症因子和化学趋化因子的作用,诱导各种炎症的发生。大量研究证实HMGB1在心血管疾病的发病机制中起到重要的作用。本文就HMGB1在心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、缺血-再灌注损伤等常见心血管疾病方面的研究进展进行简要综述。

Numerous studies have confirmed that HMGB1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. This review summarizes the research progress of HMGB1 in the common cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, atherosclerosis, myocardial infarction, ischemia-reperfusion injury and so on.
