目的:探讨益肺汤对荷瘤小鼠免疫平衡的影响。方法:采用体外培养的lewis肉瘤细胞,接种于C57BL/6纯系小鼠,建立荷瘤小鼠模型,设空白对照组、荷瘤对照组及益肺汤给药组,观察各组小鼠的一般生活状况,检测各组小鼠IFN-r和IL-4浓度及两者比值。结果:荷瘤对照组小鼠一般生活状况较差,与其他两组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。荷瘤对照组较空白对照组IFN-r浓度下降(P<0.05),IL-4浓度升高(P<0.05),两者比值减小(P<0.01)。益肺汤组与荷瘤对照组比较IFN-r浓度升高(P<0.05),IL-4浓度略有下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05),两者比值增大(P<0.05)。结论:荷瘤小鼠存在免疫失衡,且向Th2型偏移,益肺汤能有效纠正Th1/Th2的失衡,增强机体的抗肿瘤免疫功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yifei Decoction on the immune balance of tumor-bearing mice. Methods: The lewis sarcoma cells cultured in vitro were inoculated into C57BL / 6 mice to establish a tumor-bearing mouse model. The blank control group, tumor-bearing control group and Yifei Decoction group were established. General living conditions, the detection of IFN-r and IL-4 concentration in mice and the ratio of the two groups. Results: The mice in the control group had poorer general living conditions than those in the other two groups (P <0.05). The tumor-bearing control group had a lower IFN-r concentration (P <0.05) and a higher IL-4 concentration (P <0.05) than the blank control group (P <0.01). The concentration of IFN-γ in Yifei Decoction group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05), while the concentration of IL-4 was slightly decreased (P <0.05) ). Conclusion: The tumor-bearing mice have immune imbalance and shift toward Th2. Yifu Tang can effectively correct the imbalance of Th1 / Th2 and enhance the anti-tumor immune function.
