某钢厂轧钢车间使用三段连续加热炉加热三吨半合金钢锭,由于被加热钢锭断面温度不均匀,轧制过程中轧辊磨损较严重,甚至发生断辊事故,轧制的钢坯断面组织不均匀,钢坯的切头切尾较大因而合金钢成品收合率低。为了对这座加热炉进行改建,必须对钢锭进行加热试验,了解炉内温度场分布情况。为了测量被加热钢锭某断面温度场分布情况,必须在钢锭上做几个孔,用热电偶插进钢锭孔内测量温度。在钢锭上做孔的方法有两种:一种是在钢锭上钻孔;另一种是在铸锭过程中铸孔。我们采用了后一种方法。
In a rolling mill of a steel plant, three-stage semi-alloy steel ingots are heated by using three continuous heating furnaces. Due to the nonuniform temperature of the section of the heated ingot, the roll wear is more serious during the rolling process and even a roller breaking accident occurs. The cross section of the rolled billet is not uniform , The billet of the larger cut ends and therefore low rate of finished steel alloy products. In order to rebuild this furnace, the steel ingot must be heated test to understand the furnace temperature distribution. In order to measure the temperature field distribution of a cross section of a heated steel ingot, several holes must be made on the steel ingot, and a thermocouple is inserted into the ingot hole to measure the temperature. There are two ways to make a hole in the ingot: one is to drill a hole in the ingot; the other is to cast a hole in the ingot. We use the latter method.
