目的:探讨益气养阴清热方对2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。方法:选择初发2型糖尿病患者共计200例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在基础治疗上加服益气养阴清热方,每日1剂;对照组在基础治疗上加服吡格列酮片30mg,每日1次,疗程均为4周。两组患者于治疗前后均抽血检测空腹血糖、血脂、超敏CRP(hsCRP)、TNF-α、IL-6。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者空腹血糖水平均明显下降(P<0.01);两组患者治疗前后血脂各指标均无明显变化;治疗后两组患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平与治疗前相比均有明显下降(P<0.01),与对照组比较,治疗组的下降更为明显(P<0.01);两组患者无论治疗前后TNF-α、IL-6均与hsCRP呈正相关。结论:2型糖尿病患者TNF-α、IL-6水平与CRP水平呈正相关,益气养阴清热方能有效降低2型糖尿病患者的CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Decoction on the levels of serum C-reactive protein (CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 200 patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Yiqi Yangyin Qingre prescription on the basis of one day. The control group was treated with basic treatment Pioglitazone tablets 30mg, 1 day, treatment are 4 weeks. Fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, hsCRP, TNF-α and IL-6 were detected in both groups before and after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment, the fasting blood glucose levels of both groups were significantly decreased after treatment (P <0.01). There was no significant change in the levels of serum lipids before and after treatment in both groups. After treatment, the levels of CRP, TNF-α, Compared with the control group, the level of IL-6 in the treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.01), and the level of IL-6 in the treatment group decreased significantly (P <0.01) Both were positively correlated with hsCRP. Conclusion: The level of TNF-α and IL-6 in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus is positively correlated with the level of CRP. Yiqi Yangyin Qingre Decoction can effectively reduce the levels of CRP, TNF-α and IL-6 in type 2 diabetic patients.
