本文综述了女性生殖道粘液的物理性质及其功能,及月经周期中宫颈粘液周期变化的研究进展。并配合性交后试验和体外精子移行的研究为不育夫妇的临床处理提供依据。一、生殖道粘液的来源女性生殖道产生粘液的部位为宫颈、宫内膜、输卵管和巴氏腺(前庭大腺)。输卵管在排卵时的粘液量及流动性均增加。巴氏腺,在性刺激后产生大量透明粘液以便性交时润滑阴道口。上述二种粘 This article reviews the physical properties of reproductive tract mucous and its function, as well as the progress of cervical mucus cycle changes in the menstrual cycle.
