为了满足恶劣环境对触摸设备的特殊要求,本文设计了一款新型红外触摸屏,采用四边均排布红外发射、接收管方案,并根据阳光照射情况自动选择接收边的方法消除阳光照射干扰,利用恒流驱动芯片和数字电位器提升了工作稳定性和使用寿命,在此基础上提出了坐标定位和两点识别的算法,实现了红外触摸屏在阳光照射条件下对两点触摸的较高精度识别。
In order to meet the harsh environment of the special requirements of the touch device, this article designed a new type of infrared touch screen, using four sides are arranged infrared emission, receiver tube program, and according to the sun irradiation automatically select the receiving edge to eliminate interference with sunlight, the use of constant The flow-driven chip and the digital potentiometer enhance the working stability and service life.
