叶酸(folic acid)是体内重要的甲基供体,可影响许多基因功能的表达,叶酸可使蛋氨酸代谢产物同型半胱氨酸重新甲基化为蛋氨酸,从而减轻同型半胱氨酸毒性作用,而体内高浓度同型半胱氨酸是引起妊娠期高血压、子前期等妊娠期并发症的危险因素。孕早期是胚胎神经管闭合的关键时期,这个时期叶酸缺乏是引起胚胎神经管畸形的主要危险因素之一。因此叶酸的检测对孕期妇女非常重要,现就我们的工作作一回顾性分析。

Folic acid can remethylate the methionine metabolite homocysteine to methionine to reduce the homocysteine toxic effect, The high concentration of homocysteine in the body is the risk factor of gestational hypertension, prenatal and other complications during pregnancy. Early pregnancy is a critical period for embryonic neural tube closure, and folic acid deficiency during this period is one of the major risk factors for embryonic neural tube defects. Therefore, the detection of folic acid is very important for pregnant women, and now on our work for a retrospective analysis.
