深圳体育馆屋盖为上弦起坡的变高度四柱支承焊接空心球节点网架,并采用地面拼装和整体顶升就位的施工方法。本文介绍了结构方案的形成和设计要点,比较有特点的节点构造和焊接质量的检验,以及网架挠度和应力的测试等。
The roof of the Shenzhen Stadium is a four-column supporting welded hollow spherical joint grid with a variable height. The construction method of the ground assembly and integral lifting in place is adopted. This article describes the formation of the structural program and design points, a comparison of the characteristics of the node structure and welding quality inspection, as well as grid deflection and stress testing.
