通过对华北北部中、上元古界海相碳酸盐岩有机质丰度与海底热水流体富集元素P,Cu,Zn,Ni和Ba等元素含量及其组合的相关性的探讨,结果表明,热水流体富集元素明显在相关层段不仅与TOC呈正相关关系,而且还和海底热水流体输入的SiO_2含量呈明显的正相关关系;相应层段海底热水流体输入的SiO_2含量也与TOC呈明显的正相关关系.部分高于庄组、雾迷山组、铁岭组以及绝大部分下马岭组有薄层状硅质岩出现,随之TOC和与热水流体活动有关的微量元素也逐渐增大,暗示部分层位碳酸盐岩中有机质的富集与海底热水流体活动有关.另外,Al/(Al+Fe+Mn)值常常随着海底热水流体活动对沉积物形成的贡献的增大,比值随之减小,而Fe/Ti比值的变化正好相反.
