有人说,党务工作是虚的,不像经济工作那样容易见成效。我多年的体会是,只要扎扎实实,虚功实做,党务工作同样见成效。1984年因为工作需要,我从业务部门调到党委办公室任主任。记得刚一开始接手工作,有人就对我说,党务工作干得再好也看不出来效果,不如继续搞业务。我当时就想,事在人为,干干再说吧。就这样开始了我的政工生涯。干了整整20年的党务工作,先后担任过党办主任、宣传部长、组织部长,曾多次被评为优秀共产党员、北京市城建工委系统优秀党务工作者。 Some people say that Party work is false and not as effective as economic work.
