搞财务的同志都离不开拨算盘,但算盘好坏,有个如何拨法的问题。一次,我亲自听到一位财务股长说:“不管怎么样,我这算盘珠总得往里拨”。他说的这个“里”大家都是理解的,就是指的本单位、本部门的利益。例如当核算有关利润分成时,总为本企业打算,千方百计同国家讨价还价,挖空心思要为本单位多留一点。有人提出这样做不行,他还振振有词地说:“为啥不行?算盘珠就应该里拨!” 这种现象如果听任下去,就会损公肥私,损害国家利益,把国家、集体、个人三者利益兼顾的原则束之高阁。因此我建议这些同志把算盘珠往“里”拨改为往“理”拨,就是说,我们财务人员一定要按国家政策和财务制度办事,做到公正无私、廉洁正派。尤其在核算
