摘要用落叶松树皮制造的植物鞣剂是我国使用量最大的一种植物鞣剂.因而研究它的组份及其结构,对于更好地开发和利用我国植物鞣剂资源具有较大的实际意义.本次论文,对落叶松树皮丙酮浸提物,先用乙醚萃取数次,再用乙酸乙酯萃取,根据萃取先后次序,将乙酸乙酯萃取物分为B_1和B_2两个级分.对B_1和B_2反复进行色谱分离提纯,获得了纯组份P_7和P_5.元素分析,紫外光谱分析,红外光谱分析以及降解产物的定性分析表明,P_7是(+)——儿茶素的C(4)——C(8)聚合体;P_5是(+)——儿茶素和(-)——表儿茶素的C(4)——C(8)共聚物,其中表儿茶素含量为30%-50%.质谱测试数据和用分光光度计对P_7和P_5降解产物的定量分析结果表明,P_7的聚合度为七,P_5的聚合度为五.圆二色谱测试证明了P_7和P_5的4——位连接点均为S——构型.这次研究,对于探索植物鞣剂的鞣革机理,更好地掌握和改善落叶松鞣剂的鞣革性能是有益的.
Abstract Plant tanning agent made from larch bark is the most widely used plant tanning agent in our country.Therefore, to study its composition and its structure is of great practical significance for better development and utilization of plant tanning agent resources in China In this paper, the acetone extract of larch bark was first extracted with diethyl ether several times and then extracted with ethyl acetate, according to the order of extraction, the ethyl acetate extract was divided into B_1 and B_2 fractions. B_1 and B_2 were separated and purified repeatedly to obtain the pure components P_7 and P_5.Polymorphism analysis of P_7 and P_5 showed that P_7 was (+) - Catechin C (4 ) - C (8) polymer; P_5 is C (4) -C (8) copolymer of (+) - epicatechin and 30% -50% .The quantitative analysis of mass spectrometry data and the degradation products of P_7 and P_5 by spectrophotometer showed that the degree of polymerization of P_7 was seven and the degree of polymerization of P_5 was V. The circular dichroism test proved that P_7 and P_5 Of the 4 - bit connection point are S - configuration.This study, to explore the tanning mechanism of vegetable tanning agent, to better grasp and improve the fall Tanning properties of pine tanning agent is beneficial.
