小浪底水利枢纽工程是黄河干流三门峡以下唯一能够取得较大库容的控制性工程,建成后将在防洪、防凌和减淤,以及供水、灌溉、发电等方面发挥巨大的作用。该工程地理位置特殊、规模宏大、结构复杂、被认为是世界上最具挑战性的工程之一,其深覆盖层防渗墙的施工,大规模复杂洞室群的布置与施工,大体积、高强度的主坝填筑工程等都具有相当的难度和很高的水平。为加快小浪底工程的建设,采取国际招标方式确定了承包商,在建设过程中实行业主负责制、建设监理制和合同管理制;在设计、施工中采取了大量的新技术、新工艺及先进的设备。工程将于1997年截流,2000年首台机组投产发电,2001年竣工。
Xiaolangdi Hydro Project is the only control project capable of obtaining a larger storage capacity in the main stream of the Yellow River, which will play a significant role in flood control, flood prevention and siltation reduction, water supply, irrigation and power generation. The project is located in a special geographical location with a large scale and complex structure. It is considered as one of the most challenging projects in the world. The construction of deep overburden cutoff walls, the layout and construction of large-scale and complex cavern groups, High strength of the main dam filling works have a very difficult and very high level. In order to speed up the construction of Xiaolangdi Project, the contractor was determined by the international bidding method and the Owner Responsibility System, Construction Supervision System and Contract Management System were implemented in the construction process. A large number of new technologies, new processes and advanced technologies were adopted during the design and construction equipment. The project will be closed in 1997 and the first unit was put into operation in 2000 and completed in 2001.
