以麦秆纤维为增强材料、氨基树脂为基体制备了麦秆纤维/氨基树脂模塑料。利用碱、乙酸、偶联剂KH550、KH370处理了麦秆纤维,研究了经不同方法处理的麦杆纤维对模塑料流动性、模塑收缩率、力学性能的影响。结果表明:麦秆纤维的处理效果对模塑料的性能影响很大,以添加偶联剂KH550的碱麦秆纤维模塑料综合性能最优,流动性提高了16%,模塑收缩率减小了47%,弯曲强度提高到87.63MPa,冲击强度增大到1.98kJ/m2,动态力学性能和耐热性能均有明显改善。
A straw fiber / amino resin molding material was prepared from wheat straw fiber as a reinforcing material and amino resin as a matrix. The straw fiber was treated with alkali, acetic acid, coupling agent KH550 and KH370, and the effects of different treatments on the flowability, mold shrinkage and mechanical properties of the molding material were studied. The results showed that the treatment effect of straw fiber had a great influence on the properties of the molding material. The alkali straw fiber molding compound with coupling agent KH550 had the best comprehensive properties, the fluidity increased by 16% and the mold shrinkage rate decreased 47%, flexural strength increased to 87.63MPa, impact strength increased to 1.98kJ / m2, dynamic mechanical properties and heat resistance were significantly improved.
